DESCRIPTION -- Original unused items from the RMS Queen Mary which are an unused letter card and an unused luggage label and both items are in a fantastic mint condition.

CONDITION -- Unused/Excellent
HISTORY -- The RMS Queen Mary is a retired ocean liner that sailed the North Atlantic Ocean from 1936 to 1967 for the Cunard Line (then Cunard-White Star when the vessel entered service). Built by John Brown and Company, Clydebank, Scotland, she was designed to be the first of Cunard's planned two-ship weekly express service from Southampton to Cherbourg to New York, in answer to the mainland European super liners of the late 1920's and early 1930's.

DESCRIPTION -- A souvenir circular metal dish from the vessel The Cunard Princess from the Cunard Line shipping company. It is approx. 5" (14cm) in size and is in a great condition and dates from the 1960's. (click on the picture for a closer view of the centre)

CONDITION -- Excellent
HISTORY -- The Cunard Princess set on her first cruise from New York City to the Caribbean in March 1977, joining her elder sister MS Cunard Countess in the Caribbean cruise service. At the time the Cunard Princess was registered in Southampton, but in 1980 she was moved to the Bahamian registry, with Nassau as her homeport. Later during her career with Cunard the ship started cruising around Europe, while the Cunard Countess remained in Caribbean service.

DESCRIPTION -- An information 'Ships Notices' card from the Cunard Steam Ship Company from 1931. For the Canadian Service shipping it shows general sailings and shipping date information for sailings between London and Quebec/Montreal and the vessels:
AUSONIA; ASCANIA; ALAUNIA; AURANIA.
Hard to locate type of item and fairly rare and in good condition with the size being 9" x 8" (23cm x 20cm).

HISTORY -- As we know Cunard Line is an American owned, British operated shipping company. It has been a leading operator of passenger ships on the North Atlantic for over a century. In 1839, Canadian-born Samuel Cunard was awarded the first British transatlantic steamship mail contract, and the next year formed the British and North American Royal Mail Steam-Packet Company to operate the line's four pioneer paddle steamers on the Liverpool' Halifax' Boston route.

DESCRIPTION -- Rare to find available now maiden voyage booklets of the Cunard Line vessel the Queen Victoria, launched in 2007 and which are in an as new perfect condition.

CONDITION -- Excellent /As New
HISTORY -- MS Queen Victoria is a Vista-class cruise ship operated by the Cunard Line and is named after the British Monarch Queen Victoria. She is of the same basic design as other Vista-class cruise ships including Queen Elizabeth. At 90,049 GT she is the smallest of Cunard's ships in operation. Her facilities include seven restaurants, thirteen bars, three swimming pools, a ballroom, and a theatre.

DESCRIPTION -- Souvenir oval shaped glass dish from the vessel The Cunard Countess of the Cunard Line. It was produced for the ship's inaugural cruise in August 1976 and it is approx. 4" (10cm) in size and is in a great condition.

CONDITION -- Excellent
HISTORY -- Launched by Burmeister & Wain in Copenhagen in 1974, the vessel Cunard Countess was moved to La Spezia for fitting out, entering service with Cunard Line in August 1976. Her sistership was The Cunard Princess. In 1982/83 she was used as a troop ship during the Falklands conflict. Cunard Countess was sold to Royal Olympic in 1997 becoming the Olympic Countess (later Olympia Countess). Following the collapse of Royal Olympia in 2004, Olympia Countess was bought by Majestic International Cruises who renamed her.

DESCRIPTION -- From the old vessel the RMS Scythia a silver-plated cigarette case which dates from the 1920's/30's. It shows on the front the crest of the vessel and a superb decorative scroll pattern. The item is generally in a good condition and the size of the cigarette case is 3" (9cm) x 2" (6cm) (click on the picture to see a close up view of the crest and pattern).

CONDITION -- Good
HISTORY -- The RMS Scythia was a Cunard liner. She sailed on her maiden voyage in 1921, and became a troop and supply ship during the Second World War. Scythia was the longest serving Cunard liner until 4 September 2005, when its record was surpassed by RMS Queen Elizabeth 2.

DESCRIPTION -- One of the first produced this is a souvenir bell of the RMS Queen Mary and is dated from when the liner was first moored at its now permanent base at Long Beach, California in the 1967. The bell is 5" (14cm) high and shows on it the RMS Queen Mary and has the name across the bottom and is in a great condition.

After their release from World War II troop transport duties, Queen Mary and her running mate RMS Queen Elizabeth commenced this two-ship service and continued it for two decades until Queen Mary's retirement in 1967.

DESCRIPTION -- From the RMS Queen Elizabeth a very early colour 'Letter Card' which is dated from the 1950's and is in an excellent near mint condition. Very collectable and with the new Queen Elizabeth liner now in service items from the original vessel are now very popular.

HISTORY -- The Queen Elizabeth was the second of the two super liners which Cunard had built for the New York service. After lengthy negotiations between Sir Percy Bates, chairman of Cunard, and the Government a formal contract for what was known as job 535 was signed on 6 October 1936. The Treasury agreed to advance 5 million to Cunard and tenders went out for the contract. The contract went to John Brown & Co, builders of the Queen Mary.

DESCRIPTION -- From the launch of the Cunard Line vessel the RMS Queen Mary 2 this is a full set of 24 postcard style photos. They are all as new and unused and produced for the launch of the vessel in 2004.
CONDITION -- Excellent / As New
HISTORY -- RMS Queen Mary 2 sometimes referred to as the QM2, is a British transatlantic ocean liner which has served as the flagship of Cunard Line since succeeding Queen Elizabeth 2 in 2004. As of 2017, Queen Mary 2 is the only purpose built passenger ship designed as an ocean liner, as opposed to a cruise ship.
